Campaigns
The campaign is the event experience. Together we define the name, schedule, themes, and credit budget per participant; we track usage and publish the link with a QR Code.
Themes
The theme defines how AI reads the selfie. We build the prompts and rules once, reuse them across campaigns, or swap the look without rebuilding the operation.
Public or private list
In public mode, anyone with the link enters via email magic link. With a private list, only pre-registered emails can join the experience.

A page with the photos, active campaigns, and entry links. It can stay open to everyone or be restricted to the people you choose.

Every guest identified by email becomes a campaign member. You get reports with visits, generations, and who used credits, and can use the data for follow-up.

Do I need to know AI or prompts?
No. We create the themes, write the prompts, and handle the whole setup. You just share the idea and approve the result.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Picnjoy is not an app you install: everything runs in the phone's browser. Just scan the QR Code (or open the link) and the experience starts.
Is the selfie stored?
No. The guest's selfie is discarded right after generation and is never left accessible. Picnjoy prioritizes user safety and does not allow generating new images without the person's consent.
How do I get Picnjoy at my event?

How do I control the cost of the event?
We agree with you on a credit pack and a per-guest limit on the campaign. Each generation spends credits, with no surprise bill.
How much does it cost?
Activation for your event starts at US$ 80, for up to 30 guests, and goes up to US$ 170 for up to 165 guests. For events with more than 1,000 people, we build a differentiated scalability and cost structure. All include up to 5 themes, testing, reports, and full support.
Will I get reports about my event?
Yes. You get reports with visits, generated photos, participants, and credit usage, so you can follow the results and use the data for follow-up.
Who will I be talking to in the chat?
Picnjoy's artificial intelligence assistant. The conversation happens right in your browser: it knows the service, answers your questions, and gathers what we need to know about your event.
Can I limit who participates?
Yes. Campaigns can be public (anyone with the link) or restricted to a private email list, ideal for private events.
What if someone generates something inappropriate?
The host sets the theme and the guest authorizes the generated image. Content is created by mutual agreement. Guests can remove an image anytime, and the AI has built-in safeguards to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.
Do I need special equipment?
No. A link or printed QR Code is enough. A TV or screen showing the QR Code is optional and adds immersion.
Does it work for timed events?
Yes. Every campaign has start and end dates, generation limits, and access rules defined to fit your event.
Are images used to train AI?
No. No images are used to train artificial intelligence models. The entire experience is scoped by the host of each campaign.
Does Picnjoy work for weddings?
Yes. We build a wedding campaign with custom themes, a QR Code for guests, optional private access, and a live moderated feed for the reception screen.
